From its humble beginnings in 1904 to its present day incarnation, the South Broadway Athletic Club has grown with St. Louis over the past century. Currently, the SBAC hosts wrestling, boxing, and kick boxing events, in addition to hosting special shows and dances, such as Memories of Elvis with Steve Davis and Mardi Gras celebrations. Office parties, holiday parties, and other special events are also quite common at the SBAC, as its 550 person capacity building is ideal for these events.
